Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for the items to be delivered. Please be advised we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order is shipped.

If you are missing an item or received a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours.

We offer digital proofs for customized items only once the item is purchased. Proofs must be approved within 5 business days.
