Return Policy

Returns must have prior authorization before being returned to Calloway Mills. All returns must be reported within 30 days from receipt of the order, or they will not be accepted.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are returned at customer's expense. The shipping fees paid on your original order are not refundable. Products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

Damage Claims

Calloway Mills is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit; the common carrier assumes all responsibility for the safe delivery of the package.

Goods damaged in shipment must be reported to Calloway Mills within two business days to initiate a claim. Retain the damaged item and exterior packaging for inspection.
